9 Weeks - First Vacation

Last weekend we took a road trip North to visit Lake Michigan where we we all enjoyed the trees, the birds, and the water with Madeline and Auntie Hannah. Travel with an infant is an entirely new beast (Hannah put it well when she said that we had traded listening to Bob Marley in the car to calm the parents for listening to white noise FM static in the car to calm the baby!) but it was great in the end. The sites and the company were fabulous. Hannah also snapped some great shots. She came just in time to witness Madeline's first frequent and regular smiles!
