From Teacher Angela: We took a trip over to bring the cardboard toilet paper roll (that Madeline brought from home) over to Fluffy Muffin (the guinea pig who lives in the preschool classroom). I opened the cage and placed it inside of her "igloo" (a plastic "house" that she hides in). We all watched as she came out slowly, then bit it and pulled it back into her igloo so fast! After a few minutes ad brought her out of the cage so that we could feel her soft fur. We practiced using quiet voices around her.
